Iv never been in a bed store so I didn't know what to expect. With covid 19 social distance and the wearing of masks it could have been quite daunting but the lady in the store was so reassuring, she made us feel at ease even though she is pregnant.. we tried a few mattress' out. I told her about my back pain and she showed us the best mattress' for back pain. I was only in the shop to compare prices from the internet and ended ordering a divan base, headboard and mattress. The prices were quite competitive to other shops. I just hope the delivery is as good as my experience in the shop. Thanks Perry Barr one stop and Sharon, the lady who served us.

A Lady named Jay (asain lady) served us at Dreams in Perry bar One Stop. She gave great advice, on various different mattresses and found us the most suitable matress for our needs. She was really friendly and approachable, she made us feel very welcomed. Overall was very happy with the package she sold us.

Everyone was really helpful and took time to understand our needs and requirements., our Sales Advisor was Abul who was great.

Myself, my partner and 2 children attended the store to look at mattresses for us and our daughter, we were greeted at the door by David who immediately offered to help us find what we were looking for. David was very professional and helpful and very patient and friendly with the children who were super excited about trying out beds! David took us around the store to show us the beds that the bed match machine had chosen for us, we managed to find 2 mattresses and ordered them, whilst we were making the purchase, again David stepped in and gave our 4year old some paper and crayons to draw a picture, which he loved, in fact he wants to visit again just to see his new friend. We look forward to sleeping on our new beds, and we love our tempur pillows!! thanks David!!
