Jay was very patient with my self as my partner was not with me Very helpful and not pushy at all

The assistant was very polite and helpful and friendly also she knew what I wanted that's the reason for highly satisfied

It was welcoming, friendly customer service was very spot on making me feel very relaxed with ease, showing your products specially finding what my ideal mattress was best suited for my relaxing needs and being satisfied with my overall purchase, On the scale to 1 to 10 a ten for me and definitely recommend this to anyone

David was the staff member who provided the service. He was patient with my requirements and tried his best to meet the needs from the products available. He was knowledgable about the products and informed me when some of my suggestions were not practicable. He helped to resolve an issue I had with my debit card and miraculoulsy arranged a delivery date far earlier than I was expecting but which I needed. All in all, it was a very productive visit and I have nothing but the highest respect for the company if all the staff are like David.

This was the second time I've entered a dreams store unfortunately I was ignored and ended up walking out (not this store) I reluctantly entered the Perry Barr store after seeing a beautiful bed frame in the window. Within 45 seconds of looking at the bed we were approached by David, he was very accommodating allowing us to ask questions giving his expert advice and also getting us analysed for a new mattress. He genuinely is a credit to your brand. We needed a new bed for our master bed room and from what was supposed to just be a trip to Poundland turned into us final committing to purchasing our bed David was definitely an important component in us making this decision

The sales assistant was very friendly and very helpful she knew what we was looking for and was at no time pressurising us

The staff members at Perry Barr were very accommodating. Tariq was very attentive to our needs and offered us a cup of tea. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a range of beds. He also gave us many suggestions and time to try out each bed. The pillows and mattress protector he suggested have suited our needs well and we are waiting on our mattress. We would definitely recommend this store and the quality of the staff members and their services. Again we would give it 10 /10 for the overall experience.

The assistant Abul was excellent. However it is difficult to comment on the product until we have received and slept on it
