The store colleague who assisted me was a lady called jay, she was extremely helpful with helping me choose new mattresses for my 2 small children to fit their bunk beds, she was very informed on the type of mattresses that they would require and offered a lot of assistance in helping choose the perfect mattress that I could also take away from the store that same day, as I had my children in the store with me she was very welcoming to them also and made the whole process a lot smoother, jay also followed the COVID protocols correctly and made sure that hand sanitizer was available for me and my children to use if and when we needed to touch something in store, she also assisted me with getting the best possible protective covers for the mattress to help in case of any accidents the young children may have at night and also assisted me with a guarantee to ease any issues in the future, jay made the whole process much easier and is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend friends and family to ask for jays assistance if they were to visit the store

When entering the store we were soon greeted by a friendly employee of dreams named Tariq. He proceeded to help us throughout our visit to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. He offered both me and my partner some water which was kind of him as it was a warm day. Overall, me and my partner both enjoyed our visit to the Dreams store and appreciated the assistance in choosing a bed fit for both of our needs.

One Stop at Perry Barr, Tariq was really helpful, it is hard to choose when presented with so much choice but Tariq was so friendly and knowledgeable he made it a breeze!

I received assistance as soon as I entered the store. I told the Heera my requirements and he took me straight to the mattresses that might suit me. He was very knowledgeable because I was asking a lot of questions about the divans and headboards.

Sanj was really professional and very knowledgable about which bed would benefit my needs as I’m suffering with sciatica. Very satisfied customer and will recommending to Friends and family.

The person I was assisted by I've gone to before and prefer him for when I shop next time too. He gets striaght to the point, and is very friendly and treated me shopping as more of a freind than a customer. His service was amazing and I mean that. Really felt looked arfter and I trust him with my all my shops are dreams. I look forward to popping back to dreams next time to say hello. The sales assistant (Sharon) was very helpful and gave us opportunity to view various priced mattress`s and bedsteads She also took note of a health problem I have with my back and gave me advice as to what mattress would be suitable for my needs. Th Manager of the store (David) was also very helpful, with additional advice and service....My husband and myself were very impressed with the store and attendance we received.
