Staff were extremely helpful, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable which superseded my expectations, from Management (Tariq) to sales staff (particularly Gary). Gary provided me with pillows when sampling the mattresses and ensured that I did not have to lift the mattress myself which I was very grateful for as I am currently pregnant.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Explaining details with patience.
