We visited the Dreams store at the One Stop Centre in Perry Barr looking for a new bed for a guest room. Our advisor was Jay who provided great customer service. Jay afforded us time to discuss all our requirements and questions making it much easier for us to choose the right products that we were hoping for. She made the whole process quick and straightforward. We are really pleased with our purchase and are looking forward to receiving it. Thanks Jay for your excellent service, helping us find the right bed and making our visit to the store a pleasant one. We would definitely shop again here in future.

I entered the store with the view of window shopping to see what products were available however, after entering the store and speaking to Tariq I instantly knew that I wanted to place an order, the customer service by Tariq was great, who took time to understand my needs and helped me find the beds that were right for me at reasonable prices, a very warm and welcoming gentleman who talked through the different products with me and repeated the information several times and was happy to answer all my questions.

The service was outstanding and readily available, and the person helping was very friendly

Entered store and began browsing at my leisure which I enjoy without being harrassed by sales personnel. Sales asked if need assistance When found product of interest spoke to salesman name of guy who gave info on stock availability, delivery dates, finance options & was helpful in assisting my purchase.
