Revisited store next day to cancel after realising the room was too small for a double and we needed a three quarter which you dont do. Customer services dont work weekends...really...this day and age??? when businesses have to make themselves available for their customers Dreams cant be bothered??? Wasted more time to be told I need to call customer services on Monday. As I am working like the majority ofvthe UK on a Monday I will now need to inconvenience my wife and get her to cancel the order. Oh yes, forgot to mention...I then need to go back to the store with the smaller items purchased and get a refund for them. Quick to take your money slow to assist with returning it and cancelling an order within 24 hours. Sort your processes out and stop giving customers nightmares instead of dreams.

They completly didn't tell me the terms and conditions except say sign their. And now returning back to the store he isn't even admitting his fault. If any Dreams Staff reading, I would never keep David, the store manager company for Dreams in One Stop Perry Barr. I feel really bad for the people entering the store as I knew they would get stuck in the same situation I have.

Promised could receive a price match Found product available online ahead of making purchase Store assistant advised not same product based on size Accepted assistance advice and went ahead with order Sales person then arranged a chargeable delivery after advising delivery was free (I only noticed this when I looked at the invoice) We left the store and before leaving the carpark noticed that the size and spec of our suggested price match was the same - so we went back in. This time the sale person switched their excuse to say the price match does not have 'cool touch' and that we could match it anywhere because it's a Dreams exclusive. (This was totally opposite of what we had been told up until now). Following the series of misinformation incidents and hidden charges I asked for an immediate refund as my order had not even been processed yet (5pm Saturday evening) At which point I was told I couldn't have one as it's against store policy. I was referred to customer services / head office. I contacted my visa card company who advised not to accept delivery and they would start the process to reclaim my payment.

Offered delivery in three days; took the payment than told us it was out of stock until end March; Could not offer immediate refund; still awaiting refund - so we paid nearly £500 for an order that was immediately cancelled and are still out of pocket

i spent £2,300 based on lies. I was told i would lose the deal on the ottaman evolution after given the price of a king size when buying a double, told assembly would cost me £49 but if i take it now i would get for free and a free upgrade to a samsung smart but recieved an LG. called store they told me to chase it with customer service when store was at fault, customer service promised a call back same day or next with delievery dates n still no call, is this what you call after service?! this is first and last and for such a big company i am shocked on how i been treated! this is not acceptable to any standards. i am considering taking legal action and will look to social exposure, no one deserves this you played me, took my money and didnt call back. Thanks dreams.

Once our purchase had been finalised was told we couldn't get our bed till later than told.. I had just had a stroke & diagnosed with a blood clot on brain. I'm am sleeping on the floor has my bed broken hence the reason I purchased a new bed. My sister gave me a voucher for Benson beds. Which I totally regret no giving them my custom instead of dreams.. I left many messages trying to contact store. In the end I had to travel 6 miles back to store. Yesterday after just coming out of hospital.. Totally disgusted how I have been treated.. iam going to trading standards about this matter
