The address for the delivery is different than the one I have on my ID and card details. We have the new address for delivery for less than 4 days and no chance to change the address on the documents. We were told that somebody will call us on the 18/04/16 with infirmation for the delivery. No one even tried to contact with any information, we were the ones who we chasing your team.

On line order can be cancelled. In store you can't change your mind and cancel if you want too

The assistance processed my order and when the payment details were being mentioned I was told that it will cost me £39 for the delivery which I thought was a bit steep the assistance very kindly arranged a Saturday delivery. I got home and decided to look on the dreams website to see if they charged delivery and you know what they don't but they do give me the option quite clearly if I would like my old mattress reccycled for £39 I called David and asked him the question regarding this charge and he said the delivery people take the mattress upstairs for you aswell ? I feel I have been misled at the time when my order was being processed through. I will be calling customer services ontuesday regarding this.

I was told that I had to pay for delivery of the mattress to my home! They did not have the product I needed in store so I have to wait for weeks to get it! When I returned home I checked online to see if I could buy the product online. I realise that the product would be delivered for free if I had purchased it online! As a result I am extremely upset and disappointed! I would love to get back the money that I paid for delivery! I honestly feel like cancelling the order. Times are hard and I need to avoid just spending money if the sake of it!

Ok I went to this store last week and was totally ignored by the 3 shop staff who were not serving anyone else at all. I stood in the store for over 10 minutes. I did send you a email with my feedback, but this was obviously ignored, as no one has responded to date. I went again today as I wanted to buy the pillows, So i went to the store again i was ignored completely, I wanted 8 of the Super Soft Pocket Sprung pillows at £30 each. Today i had to approach the staff, as again no one approached me, there was only two members of staff this time on the floor. i enquired about these pillows as there was a distinct difference in the quality of the two on display and the one they had in brand new packaging. The salesman just said it must be the new stock. I would not expect a difference in quality, He could not explain why. Anyway very quickly he offered me 10% off RRP the display ones. The other lady was on the phone talking about spa days on the landline! Anyway the salesman attitude was take it or leave it. He did not seem very bothered. anyway i just paid for them and walk out, am surprised this store is still trading with such terrible customer service

I had gone to the Dreams for a mattress, and I had picked the mattress. I wanted to order online but the sales person forced me to buy in-store. As I was going to leave, he offered me a pillow for half price from £60 to £30. Like any person would, I thought I'd make the purchase and order the mattress online when I get home since I did not have my credit card. As I sit down to purchase the pillow, the sales person said he won't be able to give the pillow for the price unless I purchase the mattress. I felt extremely uncomfortable due to his persistence in wanting me to purchase the mattress there and then. I eventually purchased the mattress and the pillow there with my regular debit card. After seeing the online receipt, it appeared that the pillow was not discounted - it was in fact the mattress with £30 off. I am more furious with the fact that I was deceived and pressurised to buy something.

The staff gave me wrong information. She told me it will be delivered within two weeks now I have been told to wait more than 6 weeks.
