I was not informed there would be an issue with delivery, and was given the impression it would be delivered within a week. I was also told delivery was free, but then had to pay £10.00. The service of staff in the store was very good overall, just disappointing on the legnth of time we are having to wait for the bed.

It is because I hear dreams make sale and I see in front of the door saying half price but l bay it full price I believe I didn't get discount also the men who explained with me a bit strong.

We spent up to £1600 on 2 beds, I have trouble with neck and back pain so we brought 2 very expensive pillows, £110 for 2, I was not told that once there out the bags to use that they are not refundable or able to change them if there not right for me, I tried it with a brand new pillow case and found them way to hard so put them back in the bags and took them back to the store of purchase to be told we cannot change them or receive a refund because they had come out the bags. I was told to ring dreams direct then to be told it was down to the store of purchase, I was back and forth on the phone for over an hr. we now have 2 expensive pillows doing nothing. I’m not a happy customer.

I explained what I was looking for and the assistant took too long showing me the most expensive products. It was only when I kept on repeating that it was outside my price range that he eventually asked me if I had a budget.

I was charged 17 pounds as card fees which was not told to me until I got home and checked the reciept
