Products expensive.

Having visited the website the day before, I made a special trip to the store with my son who is about to undergo spinal surgery. When we arrived at the store at 1820 pm on Monday evening it was closed! The website stated that this particular store at One Stop, Perry Barr was open until 2000 hours. My son and I were quite disappointed as the website suggested that we might get delivery of the bed we required on 11th December. When I placed the order for the bed the next morning on my way to work the delivery date was 15th December. My son is awaiting this delivery to move into a specially adapted room for his needs.

The store was to warm which was uncomfortable

I was satisfied overall needs were met

I wished to purchase 4x Silentnight duvets, these items are on 'sale' at Asda and BHS at highly discounted prices, Dreams only come near those prices if you honour the 'half price when you buy a bed' offer. Having bought a bed a couple of weeks back the store manager honoured the price, but otherwise your bedding is far too expensive - double that of the local competition.

The store decor and layout could be improved. The additional "Half Price" pillows offered because of the sale were £5:00 cheaper in a "Not Sale" in an adjacent shop. We were disappointed that such an offer was made to us.

Did not get the head board I wanted so I settled for second best

Would have liked more discount.

Price of itemmirethan I expected to pay. Time taken to process item on computer was too long. Had just come out of hospital two days before and was still but weak. Hospitality was brilliant though.

Didn't think the service was that special just ok
