I visited the store in Perry Barr Birmingham with husband and my mum. We were supporting my mum in purchasing a new mattress. The Dreams customer service agent was Tariq, he was really helpful and provide excellent suggestions to meet my mum needs that and he had great knowledge. Really enjoyable experience and i would revist this store in future and i would like to dealt with Tariq again because he provided a tailored service.

I was served by Jas and she was just amazing. She spent time talking to me, showing me all the options. Using the special bed to see which mattress would be best for me as I suffer from back problems. I was shown around different types of beds available. Has shared best tips too with me. I was really well informed throughout. Jas was open and honest and helpful.

I went looking for a bed and left with 2. I was impressed by Gary, the sales staff who sold the benefits of the beds. He was patient and gave me options. I understood the product and particularly the benefits. It was a terrific service. I bought extra products and insurance alongside. Was also happy with the credit agreement, made buying more easier.
