I found it a bit odd that you would be pushing insurance to cover a bed for 8 years. People have thought it slightly puzzling when I have mentioned it to them. Your products are good but final payment stage can feel a little daunting. I assume your sales people must get some sort of commission for these extras.

Mattresses shopping can be difficult. I think they should be catorgerised according to customer needs, not only catorgerised by what material is used, like which mattressses are good for bad backs. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the service we received.

Was attended to on entering. Needs listened to. Having so much choice one does not know if right choice was made.Time will tell.

Tariq was very friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us time to ask questions and try a number of products.

We had wanted to have the products delivered before Christmas and when we were told that was not possible we were ready to leave and try somewhere else. Our salesman, Tariq, helped us so that we did make the purchase but we were obviously still disappointed with the January delivery date.

System not working properly had to revert to old system ,no privacy when going thru the finance package.

Store feels dated..

I am very happy with the help I was given from the staff in Dreams but when it came to do my bill and all the papers I had to wait long time. It wasn't their fault as the system went down. I went home and came back there on the same day to finish the order.
