Not applicable I was satisfied with the service offered at dreams

The matteress received was completely different when sat or lay down on

I was in the shop for a short period of time and therefore feel it would be unjustified to give a higher feedback.

The cost of the item compared with the same item elsewhere was far too high in price!!

Service was above and beyond the assistant Joey was very attentive and having a laughable banter was made to feel welcomed

Two items listed for sale on the website were not in fact available any longer. I was disappointed that these were not in the shop for me to see, but was happy with the item I eventually bought.

Due to previous experiences I visited the store just to have a look at what was available and was not really expecting to make a purchase. However the staff were lovely and as we found what we wanted as a reasonableish price decided to make a purchase

Product yet to be delivered so I don't know whether I've got full satisfaction
