I'm really hard to please.

The overall price was a bit high

Had to wait until an assistant became free from supporting other customers

Think should have been given a discount for the amount I spent

As i was buying a mattress that had being returned, i would have being highly satisfied if i had being given more of a discount. Which i think could have being accommodated. I had previously brought a similar mattress for £182 (Double), so i fell that this mattress was slightly overpriced. But than i have picked up a bed and bedstead cabinet for £300 and that was a bargain, so i suppose i can't complain.

The Assistant did the best he could and he was really very polite and keen to help, he wasn't pushy either. However it was the end of the day and I guess I was tired and just wanted to make the purchase.

I always enjoy shopping in Dreams and have purchased multiple times in store. Having spent quite a bit of time completing an online form with the assistant who was most helpful and friendly, the system crashed and we had to start all over again using a different programme. This was something they said had been happening a few times. Ultimately the problem was resolved and the staff were lovely, but it was pretty frustrating at the time. I have found all my products bought at Dreams to be high quality and the staff are always great. Others had tried to persuade me to try other shops, but I like the products and service at Dreams. Having a cup of tea made by the staff is a particularly lovely touch.

The sales associate was excellent very mannered and helped us throughout our purchase

would like to look around first without salesman following you around.

Price was more then I expected
