Employee was looked at his watch a couple times but store was near closing hours so understandable. But overall satisfied as item bought and delivered on time and employee met all our needs and informed us of things that we needed to know. Could be a bit more informative with insurance policy regarding what is covered and what is not instead of explaining it was on the documents and then rushing us to sign, again, understood as store was near closing times.

Good customer service and good knowledge base.

We tried for what seemed like ages to find the measurements of what we wanted (a new bed for our son), we were unable to find this. I later asked one of the 2 staffs of members who were available. She asked my husband to measure 3 beds which were the wrong sizes. She was pleasant however said Dreams therefore does not do that size. We continued looking round the shop hoping to find something but was unsuccessful and unsure. Just as we were about to leave, a member of staff called David finished with the customer who he was with and approached us and asked if he was able to help us with anything. He not only found us the correct size bed, mattress and headboard for our son, but he was so informative, appeared aware of all the available products, friendly and professional we also bought ourselves a Tempur mattress for almost £2000, which we did not go shopping for initially. Can’t wait now to receive our products and enjoy them. Please tell David a BIG Thank You for us. We really appreciate the service he offered us.

Placed an order for a bed and mattress.Personally I think the bed was a bit overpriced however the mattress was a good deal. The duration it takes before the product is delivered is a bit long as well.

Bed frame options were not discussed, ie solid slats or sprung slats. I had to call up customer services to confirm.

Felt abit rushed with paperwork side of things

There were a few problems with the computer.

I was expecting a quicker delivery , like the next day or day after, but I was longer like a week.

I was Happy with my purchase but i was dis satisfied with my waiting time for the delivery of my new Bed i was told this could take five to six weeks for a Delivery.
