I seen a bed frame online and it wasn't available to view in this store

I was treated courteously, offered a drink, given time to make my choice without pressure. I have no complaints but I was satisfied with the service. I believe this to be the highest choice. I do not select highly satisfied ever.

Did not have the bed in the colour we wanted but sales assistant did get up online. Prices were not shown only mattress prices or bed as a full package- confusing

Colleague was informative, but not chatty.

Was assisted with my needs

Customer service was great.

Not sure if weekend deliveries are available, but these would be really handy but offered at a reasonable rate.

well one gets confused plus you have to reflect on affordability to ones needsetc.
