Could have better Covid -19 measures in place. Being able to sit and lie down on beds is not safe. Albeit a small cloth was given, this does not mitigate the spread of the virus

When placing an order of a mattress of £499 I’d like to be able to take it home with me or be given a deliver date within a few days rather than three weeks. If I order an Ikea mattress which got a (which Best Buy award), it would be taken a day or so to arrive (you can check on their website). However my entire family always buy their beds and mattresses from Dreams and it was due to their recommendation I bought mine too. It would be nice to maybe keep some of your mattresses in stock so we don’t have to wait a lifetime for a product we’ve paid (in full). We’re in the year 2020, although it’s been a rubbish year but having faster delivery times for your products would be made this year somewhat bearable. Never mind though and hopefully it’s something you work on?
