The store assistant was very knowledgeable regarding the products in store. She took time with us to purchase the bed specifically for our needs, she showed us the appropriate range of products we were looking for. She didn't pressure us into making herself a quick sale. She made us feel welcome and even made us a hot drink, she is such a credit to the store. The store itself was set out very good and was very clean and tidy, light and airy.

The story is cleanly and staff is friendly .

We have visited a Dreams bed store many many years ago, wasn't really impressed with service, nobody offered to help us. This time David approached and asked us if we needed his help. He took the time to find out what we needed, gave us plenty of options and seemed very knowledgable. When we said we wanted to try another bed store he was still very helpful and made sure he offered us as many alternatives. Wasn't pushy at all. Came back to the store and purchased with you as your salesman took the time to establish our needs,

We popped into the store to only check out what was on offer, we did not intend to purchase! The experience of the manager and in particular the sales person, David, we ended up not only trying all the different beds but was also offered tea and biscuits on a tray for the cubicle experience!! We were well informed and assisted during our unplanned 2 hour stay. Which, at the end of our visit we ended up purchasing, all due to the very patience and experienced staff. We are now just awaiting the delivery, which we alos arranged on the day. Result.

The quality of the product, good price and warm welcome from staff

i was really satisfied because i gave the specification i needed and the worker named jay at the 1 stop perry barr branch really tried to get that type of matress and the communication was really good with me because they phoned me when somthing happend and occurd i.e if the finance plan was accepted.

I knew exactly what I wanted , lots of choices and the assistant was very knowledgable and assisted me with products for my needs
