i was highly satisfied by the good communication from the staff and help given to us As i wasn't sure about the products the shop is very bright full of colors which is amazing as it attracts people to go and buy their items however it also very clean i highly recommend it to others people it was very great at dreams thank you.

The assistant gave my son the option to lie on the bed again before the final purchase was made and to ensure he still had growing room.

Jay provided excellent assistance to us. Even though i had already made my mind on what i wanted she took me through the options anyway. It turned out i got a better deal and saved an extra bit of money. The finance was an option I didn't know I could take up and Jay took me through this seamlessly with no problems. I even got a free mattress protector!! Excellent service by Jay, she is a credit to your store.

As soon as I walked in, staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what kind of mattress I should try. Kevin a staff member, left me to try out a range of mattresses and was very good at answering all my questions.

We found the staff to be smart & polite. We were assisted by Lynne the manager. We found her to be most helpful in choosing our new bed & mattress & gave her expertise especally on the Tempur mattress. I would like to say a big thank you.

Excellent service and advice

Had looked on line to see what mattresses you had and found several that could be suitable. Went into store to look at them, David the assistant helped me find them, but one wasn't in store but he showed me one that was very similar, and that was the one I bought. Gave me a pillow to use when trying out the mattresses and said to take my time, lying down to check them out. very pleasant shopping trip.
