I was highly satisfied because as soon as I entered the store I had assistance straight away. The sales assistant took the time to listen to what I wanted, took my budget into consideration and pointed out what would be best for me and I am a very happy customer.

The sales person was patient, friendly, and very informative with us. The store products was easily accessible and displayed quite nicely. The best part was that there were sample pillows to test, this is great as you can test it before you buy. Lovely service and great staff. Will definitely recommend this store.
