I was highly satisfied because staff was welcoming approachable,friendly and professional . All my questions was answered to the best of their knowledge. The assistance I received was genuine and I never felt awkward speaking to the sale person. For this reason I would be visiting this dreams store again.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because from start to finish I felt that I had to quality service from all staff. I was greeted in a friendly manner promptly when I entered the shop and felt the staff handled myself and my girlfriend with much care. They gave me ample time and opportunity to try different products and were very patient with my indecisiveness. The rapport they built with me gave made me feel very comfortable and they made me feel no pressure or obligation at any point. I very much enjoyed my experience and would definitely go again in future.

If I am completely honest I had received a quote for a similar product from Benson for Beds but the salesperson David went all out to get me the best deal. I had originally bought my kingsize bed and sons bounce bed from dreams so it was fitting that I return to get the next single bed addition as we now have a daughter. David had very good customer service skills and was very good at helping us entertain the children so we could make an informed decision.

The salesman was very friendly asking what my preferences were encouraging me to try out the beds. Very helpful

I had immediate attention. he had very good product knowledge and gave me a number of options. He was not pushy or over eager so i did not feel pressured during my visit. The speed of the transaction was good also.
