I needed a fold up bed for my dad, there was only one left in the store and because it was the demo bed i was given it at a reduced price.

your colleague Tanio was very helpful , he advised us on our choice of bed plus choice of head board,a very pleasant and helpful man he kindly offered us refreshments whilst in the store and also was not pushy he did not run at us as soon as we walked in the store, he just welcomed us and said if we needed any help to call him, unlike many other stores who practically jump on you as soon as you enter which almost certainly put us off and we tend to leave we will definetly go back most impressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I bought a bedside table that was reduced from £199.00 to £124.00. The salesman gave me an extra discount to £99.00. He also put the cabinet in my car so I did not have to struggle. The salesman and a sale women were very friendly and listened to my requirements.

The salesperson listened to our needs and advised us very well according to our needs as we were buying for three people

Lynne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took plenty of time to try and find the right mattress for us but also left us on our own to come to a decision ourselves.

The moment i walked in to the store, i had the assistant Tariq come over to me and greet me, i felt comfortable straightaway and felt really good about the meet and greet and felt like a valued customer, he also said when i'm ready forn any assistance, just to give him a shout and he willcome over and help me and guide me with queries or questions i may have. Then as i was looking around, i saw a brown leather bed which i liked, it was called the Traviso, so i enquired about that specific bed from a assistant called Lyn, she was very helpful in everything i asked her,then she also showed me a few similar types of beds, again i felt really comfortable with her level of service and friendliness. In the end after a hard decision to make about which bed to choose, i felt happy with the Traviso and opted for that and was really happy with the helpi recieved especially from Tariq, he met my needs in all criterias of service and i would recommend going to that particular Dreams store again and i would also go there again myself.

Tariq ws very helpful and found alternatives for me when what i wanted was not avail in my timescale

The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the product in question, i was offered a variety of options to choose from and there was no forceful nature or "stereotypical" sales pitch to push a sale.

I would like to say the service was fantastic. I was given lots of advice before my order was placed. Tariq was a great support,assissted me really well and explained each item carefully and gave me lots of option. I am looking forward in sleeping in my new bed.
