I got everything I needed and i was well informed on products.

I was served by David, and another assistant cant remember his name exactly. Soon as i entered the store they both were ever so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable, spent a lot of time showing me the perfect items i needed. I purchased 2 pillows for my husband and a lovely mattress with their help. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I went into the shop to browse....though I did need a bed.....your salesman David approached me and asked if he could help....I told him what I was after and he showed me what was available and suitable for me......I was very impressed with what he showed me and after more consideration I decided to place an order and also took the aftercare aswell as suggested by David.

I visited the Perry Barr branch. I was very impressed with the assistance. The guys name was David. He was very helpful without being pushy. I left the store very happy. I could not have asked for more. The manager was also happy and friendly. The bed I ordered, was a very good price.The delivery was so much sooner, than I thought. I have recommended the store to friends, and family.

The sales guys named David , he is very helpful and understands what we want for our products , there is not stock available as we want but he quickly find something substitute to replace what we need, very impressed.

It was all a new experience, hadn’t shopped for a bed mattress before and found it a little daunting. Nicky who helped was very nice and explained things very well, I less happy but wondered was I completely sure about my purchase. I think after I have slept on the mattress for a while I will know.

The staff were very welcoming. I came in unsure of what I wanted and was happy with what I had left with. The woman who assisted was very polite and welcoming. She helped from start to finish.

Shop assistant Gideon was courteous and professional supplying us with useful information that enabled us to make the correct choice of mattress.

The assistant Gidean was very approachable, he was knowledgeable about the product , was not pushy. Friendly and efficient.
