Excellent service from David at your Perry Barr store in Birmingham.he was very attentitive,not pushy(very important to us-we do not like pushy sales people & would not have bought from your store if he had been pushy.He was also very knowledgable & helped us greatly in finding the right bed frame & mattress.

Good price range and options ,friendly staff

The customer representative was able to relate to our issues/problems. He was very kind, listened and offered his expert knowledge which helped us make our decision very easily. The mattress was not very comfortable and we had a budget that we wanted to stick to so we were shown various top quality products that were within our budget and much more comfortable. Overall, the experience was great. We even got offered some drinks while we waited for the credit agency to get back to us.

Time and patients was given, in understanding what we needed

The location setting of the store was convenient for me. The effectiveness and knowledge of the staff that serve me was very impressive.And also she told me that she bought one of my of products. The atmosphere was professional but also friendly

I had been seeking a new mattress for a while i looked on line and noticed Dreams and what seemed some good offers so went to a store to enquire and was welcomed with a great service from salesman David listening to my needs and recieved valued advice went away thought about it went back to store and bought item
