The assistant took time to explain all the different types of bed and helped with the choosing process.

We were assisted by Kevin, who took the time to explain all of the different mattresses and was endlessly patient as we tried a number of different options. He took the time to listen to our needs and our budget and made appropriate recommendations - he clearly had excellent product knowledge. We're very happy with our final choice and can't wait for it to be delivered! On another note, we were very pleasantly surprised to be offered such an early delivery date - just 8 days from placing the order. Another reason we were delighted with our Dreams experience.

The staff were friendly but not pushy, gave advice on several products so we were able to choose the best to meet our needs and to meet our budget. We were given time to take on board the advice given and not once did we feel presurised to make a purchase.

The sales person David was very good he went to great pains to answer all the questions we asked him.He did not rush us and was very polite through out time we spent with him. For such a young man I was very impressed with him.He is an asset to your company.
