Jay was extremely informative and helpful. She took the time to show us around the different options which were available. We are highly satisfied with the service Jay had provided, we certainly will be returning to make future purchases from her again. Her personal touch made all the difference. Thus the decision to purchase was effortless "People buy from people", I cannot recommend Jay highly enough, she was absolutely great. We are highly satisfied with the actual purchase also. I went in thinking I'd see the price of the mattress and bed frame and my mum was adamant to test the mattress but I told her to have a try and she liked the mattress but the price was too much with the bed frame but that was for a double bed so my mum went for a single bed and we were both happy with the price for the mattress a d bed frame plus free mattress protector, the £39 charge for removing the old mattress and bed frame is a big high including the delivery but overall excited to receive the new mattress and bed frame soon

No pressure, good knowledge of products, even though it was late and shop was due to close we were given time to consider our options. The sales personnel showed excellent people skills.

Store assistant was really helpful and friendly. Listened to our needs. Helped us to work out which mattress was right for us. Store was clean, tidy and well presented.

I'm shoping for my 4yrs old daughter. The bed sheceanted was available at the store and David was really helpful in explaing what matrass would be suitable. He listened to what my needs were and shared knowledge on if was in my case the options he would choose. This was really great and it made my opinions feels valued. it showed great customer care and also David really made the dreams experience as easy as possible. He has good customer skills. And good knowledge of products as well as a broad scope. I was really pleased. Now just waiting on delivery ....
