We were satisfied with every service they provided to us. We had to go home to do the measurements of our room and they waited for us until we didn't get back so it saved our time. 😄

Very friendly service, offered drinks whilst waiting for paperwork to go through. David at the perrybarr store was extremely friendly, approachable and we didnt feel pressurised to buy.

A warm and friendly greeting from Siobhan. A good description of the products received. Listened to my needs. Allowed me time to try the products without pressure but with assistance. Lovely friendly manner. More senior assistant offered additional advice but only to supplement what was received. Quick order and payment process. A very satisfying experience and I have already spread the word. This was also bearing in mind I did not intend to buy that day and was loaded down with Argos shopping but the service and product sold themselves. Well done Dreams.

Myself and my husband walked into Dreams on 01/01/2016. Our first impression was the young sales man on the shop floor David (I am sorry I don't have David's last name). We were impressed with David's knowledge of the products in store, David answered all our questions and appreciated his recommendation on the actually product we purchased on the day. Also making it possible and affordable. We would like to extend our gratitude to David's for his professionalism his advice and support with our purchase we made on the day. Our first visit we saw Siobhan who was very friendly and helpful, on our second visit we knew exactly what we wanted as we had found it on the website and saw David who took our order. Delivery was exactly as quoted (wasn't expecting to have to Pay £39 for this service though, probably the only negative) and we are happy with the product.
