Product chosen met our requirements at reasonable price. Previously bought items from Dreams which have been good. Assistant Tariq who served was very personable made us feel we were a valued customer. Commend him for his attentiveness.

The staff were extremely helpful, patient, and we're able to answer all my questions and queries regarding the mattresses. I was that pleased I ended up purchasing three mattresses, one for my mom & daughter instead of one for myself, (which was my original plan) I'm so happy and excited and cannot wait for my delivery!

We were given time and plenty of opportunity to test the many beds on offer and this coupled with his knowledge and friendly demeanor put us at ease. We never felt that we were being steered towards any particular model or price but we're given the information to decide ourselves.
