We were very satisfied with the service we received at the Perry Barr store. Tariq was ver informative and helpful during our visit

The assistant that helped me listened to my needs and advised me accordingly.So many times I have been shopping and sales assistants seem only interested in selling something purely on the highest price possible.This was not the case at Dreams the assistance I received was based purely on my needs.A refreshing change.

Welcomed to the store, helped with all my questions provided alternatives for comparison. Only think i would say i was offered tea about 6 times this was a little over the top.

When we walked into the store,we was approached by Dave.He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in store.He did not pressure us into buying anything.We bought a matress on the visit,and we felt the transaction was very quick and easy.Dave was a pleasure to deal with.

Kabir was really friendly and not pushy like most salesmen.

The assistant was great -fantastic customer service skills and informative and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses. He allowed us to take our time and consider and he was friendly and polite. would definitely recommend based on his service.

The staff member was friendly and courteous and attentive throughout. She umderstood the products being sold.

As a man when shopping you would like to get in and out of the shop as quick as yo can. I know what i want and just get in their and out well thats just me anyway.

Great friendly approach by David the sales assistant, able to assist with our requirements immediately & real honest opinions on the products. Left the store happy with our choice & cant wait for it to be delivered!

I found David very polite, helpful and efficient. He knew exactly what I wanted and where in the store it was located. One of the items was not in the store but he knew what I was describing straight away. His product knowledge was excellent and he processed my order both efficiently and effectively.
