Dreams - Perry Barr

From the moment I entered the shop, I was greeted by Joey who introduced himself straight away and asked how he could assist me. He was friendly polite and informative, putting me at ease without trying to railroad me into a sale. He listened and gave advice, I left with his number to ring back when I was ready. I sat in my car and did more research over the internet and made my decision within 10 minutes. Returning to the shop I was met again by Joey and the manager David, whom both tended to my order.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received at dreams Perry Barr. The assistant Joey was very helpful, he helped me purchase my mattress for my new house and as we were in the middle of decorating, he was very understanding and said he could hold the mattress for me, until I was ready for it to be delivered.

I'm Just highly satisfied

Really good service only wanted double ended up buying a king for mom too good offers on sale and made to feel really welcome by dave.

As soon as we walked in we were looking at the range of beds we were interested in, one of the store assistants came up to us asking for any help. David approached us and asked us the relevant questions in order for us to choose the bed we wanted and was very friendly. We felt no pressure in buying the bed and David gave us a lot of other options.

I was Highly Satisfied with friendliness of all the colleague and the way that thy looked after me and the way thy explained all I wish to known.
