I have to say that the assistant David was excellent. Not at all pushy but very helpful, polite and above all knowledgeable on the best Tempur mattress. I would highly recommend Dreams to my friends and colleagues.

Even from outside I could tell this is a store where I might find the mattress I was looking for, given its size and look. As soon as I walked in a very friendly Dream Colleague called David approached me and offered his help and guidance. It was very welcome as I am not experienced when it comes to choosing the right mattress for me. The help wasn't forceful or annoying, gave us the space and room we wanted. The technical guidance was very good also as David didn't use expressions or phrases I wouldn't have understood without experience in the field. The store looked like it had a wider range of products to choose from, unlike John Lewis for example, which pales in comparison in this regard. We were also offered tea and coffee, in general it was a very friendly place to be in. Only thing I would maybe like more if this Dreams store would have been closer to the city center :) . Very happy with the service so far!

David took his time to recommend products which suited our needs and also went out of his way to try and make our experience comfortable with recommended pillows to also try on the bed as well. He also looked at our price range and stayed within it and still recommend the products which were the best for us.

As soon as I entered the store I was asked if I needed assistance, I did and Tariq was most helpful suggesting that I try different beds.

A warm friendly welcome. Was given time to browse around the store before being asked if we needed assistance (sometimes salespersons can be intimidating when approaching customers before they've had a chance to look around for what they may want). Ms Jatinder Kaur was very helpful, attended to all our needs, questions and doubts. We were highly satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.
