the salesman David, was very helpful, and understanding of my needs, and seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding, the mattress, that we purchased .

The sales lady was very helpful but not pushy and she was knowledgable about the products and the different varriations available

Staff member David at Perry BArr Branch, was helpful, approached me and answered my initial questions. He then was able to inform me of current sale soon to end and then and since i had planned to come back in a matter of weeks. He then walked me through the selections, also took into account what I was looking for. Tried a range of mattresses, the ones that were available and narrow it down to the mattress I found most comfortable. Then we went through payment easilly, talked me though each stage, andinformed me of policies, warranty/garauntees and answered my questions. Satisfied with the service.

Perry Barr one stop dreams store. David was so so helpful. I am very fussy and wanted good quality without the huge price tag. This is when he pointed me to the blue cross sale mattress' . He was very helpful and understanding and took time to understand what me and my partner wanted and didn't get fed up of seem annoyed.

I was very satisfied because of the quantity of service that was given..Amazing how they welcome you..im impressed.thanks for all the best services thats given by all staff at dreams.

I regularly visit that particular store - although the staff changes but the quality of service and professional, friendly staff and good deals make us come back again and again and we do recommend many people to that store - many of my family members and friends purchase from your store.
