We (my wife and I) were happy with the salespersons knowledge and friendliness. It is difficult to answer the requests about product quality and value for money as we have not compared the product with competition; and we are unable to comment on quality as we are not experts, and until we have slept on the bed for some time, again we cannot tell if the product is as good as our previous bed. These are the reasons we have not rated all as highly satisfactory, but we can only state that the bed looks good and we have rated the experience as highly satisfactory as within the limits mentioned, it was.

first of all the store was very clean,friendly staff specially the assistant who served us really kept things in mind what we wanted he was't very pushy with the things.

The assistant -david jackson was knowledgeable , friendly and helpful without being pushy

I thought Shivy the assistant who assisted us gave us gave us all the knowledge of the items and greater us as we came in to the store. She offered cup tea and got us to try few beds out before we made our decision. We would have thought about it to come back skills that we can shop around first see if we can get better deal somewhere else. Than we saw her trying to get us a deal asking her manager which very important that she said that, otherwise we would have gone else where.
