Good service

To start with I already knew what I wanted but preferred to come in store to discuss further. I came in on a Sunday so there was 3 colleagues on already discussing products with other customers so had to wait 10 minutes (not an issue). I discussed what I wanted and got shown the products, I asked for other similar products and got shown them too but preferred what I already had in mind. There was a glitch with the computer so took a while to put the order through. In the end the representative had to call me back to give me a order date. Was called back in the hour. I would've preferred the delivery date to be included in the email but I'm guessing that wasn't done because of the manual process that had to be done due to the technical error. The delivery came on time, two helpful chaps took it up two flights of steps and put the product together straight away. I wasn't there but I was told they were lovely, helpful and very quick. No issues at all.

I was served by a lovely store assistant called Jay who advised me on the correct pillows and Mattress to support the needs of my back complaints. I have just recently moved home and she had made me feel completely at ease and I felt like she really listened to my needs instead of just trying to sell a product. She advised me on resting on various mattresses to see which one was my most preferable to my needs and enabled me to make informed decisions about my sleeping patterns. Jay also gave me a catalogue of the available Chester drawers which I need for my new bedroom for my new house and I have taken it home, with inspiration to buy from Dreams again. The staff at Perry Barr one stop are one of the friendliest staff I have ever come across when buying such expensive products. They gave me a cup of tea and even entertained my children whilst I was looking for beds by putting on the TV for them- simple and effective help that made my shopping experience more at ease and enjoyable. I definitely recommend dreams to all of my friends and family- I finally have wonderful sleep!

I was offered a number of choices and variation options which suited me.

My store assistant Siobhan was extremely wonderful in providing the most valuable information I required. she really knows her beds also a most experienced member of your sales team . I had a most wonderful time talking to her. excellent Siobhan you go girl. thankyou .

David gave us more time and attention going through mattress options than all the other shop assistants at other bed shops we visited. He was really helpful guiding us to a final decision.

I came into the One Stop Perry Barr store with my Mother to buy a bed and mattress for my bedroom. The staff member - Jay Kaur, was highly knowledgeable about the products. She offered a range of options for me to choose from which would've been suitable for my needs. I had researched a bed online however having viewed it in store it wasn't suitable. She gave me an alternative option and also assisted in picking out a mattress. She was not pushy with a sale but allowed time for me to decide on the items I wanted. It's rare you find a trustworthy sales person, especially on a quiet afternoon and having previously worked in retail myself she was excellent in her customer service.

Jay was excellent, she made me feel at home also helped me choose the mattress I brought she explained what the mattress does how it was right for me,the firmness she also explained the spring count and her customer service and that of the other staff was second to none and because of Jay I would definitely shop here again

David at the store in Perry Barr store, Birmingham, was extremely knowledgable of the products. He understood my budget and did not attempt to over-sell. I was given time, made to feel comfortable and not a sharp sales pitch. Product selection was good in store, and the delivery times (hopefully) are ideal.
