Customer service rep listened to what I needed , and suggested what I would need.

We went into the shop not really knowing which bed to choose. The sales assistant (David) immediately recognised this and very helpfully explained the various types of mattress. He made us tea, he spent a long time patiently helping us discover which mattress was the most suitable for us both and answered our queries. After we had made our choice's, we purchased both the base and pillow also, we were led through the purchase process very efficiently. David used to attend a school local to us and we conversed about this. It was a nice little added positive about the visit, that the assistant had a connection with us! It helped to ease the strain of having to spend so much money all in one go!

The customer service by Jay was excellent. She was polite, smiling, friendly but yet professional. She also helped us in making the right decision. Thank you Jay.

The shop is very clean and tidy, the atmosphere is calm and kind, your colleague wasn't importunate but when we asked him, he was very helpful

We went in the shop and were greeted with a friendly lady who asked if she could help us and found us a headboard the right colour and price what we were looking for.

Te sales assistant was excellent, even though he was on his own in the store and trying to juggle 3 groups of customers. He demonstrated the right balance of professionalism and was very customer focused and efficient.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and spent time helping me to find a suitable mattress.
