I was seen to straight away and found that the staff were very helpful

I am highly satisfied with the good customer service David in Perry Bar store gave me. As he took time in explaining in detail every questions I asked him in relating to choosing my choice of matress and bed frame

The sales assistant was pleasant, the store was presented well, the sales assistant listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgable about the product we were interested in. The sales transaction was quickly dealt with and our delivery arrangements were accommodated. The sales assistant was most helpful and friendly without being pushy.

Very friendly and helpfull

My intentions was just to browse. However as we entered the store a lady acknowledged us, asked us how she could assist and made us feel very welcome. After I had completed my bed analysis I was then handed over to a friendly Male associate, who then guided us to the relevant mattresses. Considering I had no intention to interact and just look around, we left feeling very well informed and pleased we had popped in.

David assisted me at the Perry Barr Birmingham store on my visit to purchase a bed.He had alot of knowledge of the beds available and i felt comfortable with him.
