The sales lady was helpful without being pushy. She made useful suggestions and I was able to buy a reasonably priced item. The look and feel of the store was also welcoming.

Hello was asked if I want any help when entering your shop and was not pesterd by sales staff and was helped out when needed the staff were very friendly and helpful advice was there when you need any will use again and highly recommend this company

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because Tariq made my experience a very good one. I didn't have to wait around for an assistant to come to my aid, he asked what I was looking for and was able to supply the information that was necessary for me to make my purchase. I visited dreams perry barr and was assisted by David. Lovely guy, good amount of time spent asking relevant questions about my needs, previous arrangement (bed), showing a real human approach to customer service as oppose to being another number on the payroll. Very promptly advised on which items would suit my needs, allowed me time to make an informed decision and did not do the normal salesman pitch/pounding on for an answer! Overall experience was satisfactory to the highest level as i had to stay in store no longer then 30mins and walked away with piece of mind. Well done to David for making the experience as great as he did!

I was served by David. He was very attentive but gave me thinking time alone too and so wasn't too in my face or pushy. David had good knowledge of the beds. Spoke about additional extras on the order & was concise. Overall a very good experience. David and I got on well and he was very friendly. Even made me a coffee!

Stacey was very friendly and her colleague when I phoned to confirm my (new) postcode. B24 2LF . both professional. Just need the bed now!
