The gentleman who dealt with me was very knowledgeable about the products shown to me and I was able to experience the comfort levels of various types of mattresses before making a decision. That helped enormously. I also did not feel pressurised to buy from Dreams.

the member of staff took time to listen to what i needed aswell as taking the time to listen to my son who is 7 and was very demanding. he encouraged me to try mattress to mattress and back again until i was happy.

Shivy at the Perrybarr store was very knowledgeable and showed high customer service to me and my partner. so I purchased a matress on her knowledge and my perference of choice otherwise I might have chosen the wrong matress at a cheaper price and suitable for me, so I happy with her assistance and choice of matress

Tariq (Dreams Assistant) displayed an open, friendly personality who came across highly motivated to meet our bed shopping needs. The shop displayed a family environment and all staff were very polite and forthcoming of our questions and enquiries, not rushing us to buy. We were even offered tea, coffee and some biscuits for our daughter, which I felt enhanced the shopping experience for my family and me.
