Staff were really friendly no waiting time was approached as soon as we walked in and were offered tea got all infomation we need to help us make our minds up

Highly satisfied, the assistant that served us was Jay, at Perry Barr, One Stop. Everything was explained to us, she knew the answers to every question we asked, even down to what the delivery men would do when they arrived. She explained about the 40 night comfort guarantee, as we were undecided about two mattresses and we said yes straight away. We were not rushed at any time, which was what we liked, to make a decision. Would recommend to all our family and friends and would certainly go there again ourselves. Jay certainly gave us 100%. Thank you Jay for the time you gave us.

Stacey(Perry Barr one stop branch) was the assistant, that looked after us throughout our shopping experience. We were offered a hot drink she allowed us time on our own to look around and guided us with her knowledge about the different beds/divan bases and was able to check on the computers to answer all our queries. She was very friendly cheerful and polite which made the whole shopping experience a pleasure.

David was our sales guide. I was looking for a KS Ottoman plus mattress David approached us in a friendly manner & was smiling throughout this experience. He listened attentively and asked quality, probing questions to fully understand our needs. All this was before he showed us any products. We were shown several ottoman beds & were informed the qualities of each one. He then asked us to try several mattresses; asked why one mattress felt different to the other & ended up with something that we believe will be ideal. Looking forward to the 40 day trial. We found David to be pleasant and extremely approachable, not pushy in any way. A very good experience all round. (Please note we are from Wakefield - this is the only reason I have marked a low score on the 'will we come back again'. We were in Birmingham for a weekend break, and therefore will be very unlikely to visit that particular store again, but I would recommend Dreams to my family & friends) Many thanks Mrs Jo Moorhouse
