Dave dealt with us he was very friendly knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. We did not go in to buy a tempur mattress but after trying it out definetly the best one for us. We also bought another bed for guest bedroom he advised us again about the quality of mattresses We came out the shop very satisfied with the service.

I am highly satisfied as i thought the service i got from the colleagues was amazing, they were all very polite and i could easily talk to them. The quality of all the products was outstanding and i could easily find what i was looking for. Finally David (validation code 960) the colleague who helped us was extremely helpful, informative and provided excellent service.

Me and my partner visited the Perry Barr store as we were in need of a mattress for our newly purchased bed frame. I had noticed that Dreams had a sale on so figured we would visit closest one to us. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an extremely helpful (and patient) sales advisor called David. Me and my partner were very naive when it came to purchasing a mattress so he explained to us all the variations of mattresses, the differences between them, and asked us questions to ascertain what mattress would be right for us. He even went the extra mile and found a mattress topper to simulate the way our previous bed was set up. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel harassed or rushed into buying anything. We ended up leaving with a great mattress and we could not be happier.

The shop assistant TARIQ was really helpful and friendly, his knowledge was really good and he soon helped me find what I was looking for.

Before I visited the store I knew roughly what I wanted.The member of staff was very helpful with my enquiry.He was friendly and went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted.
