i was served by a gentleman named David, he and his team were extremely welcoming not only was he dressed very smart but he was comfortable and himself (it seemed) his friendliness and knowledge of the business was exemplary. i arrived with my 7 year old son and the entire team worked together to engage him so i could focus with ease, it truly was a really nice shopping experience. the hot chocolate obviously helped, but on a serious note the instore service has defiantly stuck in my mind for the sheer ease and comfort which was 100% because of those team members they are truly assets to your business and credit where credits due they have stuck in my thoughts for excellent sales and customer service. I say this after my many years of working within sales environments and experiencing both ends of the scale. A great team. well done!

I WAS LOOKING FOR CHEAPEST HOWEVER AFTER TALKING TO THE STAFF HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TYPES OF MATTRESSES. NOT PUSHY, ASKED IF I WAS OKAY AND IF I NEEDED FURTHER ASSISTANCE TO SHOUT UP. TRANSACTION DELIVERTY DATE WAS GREAT. VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.
