The product was shown in detail &all my questions were answerd ,Which left me assured the product would be suitabe for our needs The demostration allowed us to see it would suit my wife's needs with her problem

We returned to DREAMS from a previous visit 4 years ago, we were very pleased with the product and price then and the service we were given and the service is just as good now if not better Joey the salesman today was very good and helped us tremendously we would certainly recommend DREAMS too any one.

Assistant made me feel welcome with a smile at all times wasn't pressured into a sale done a good job in selling the product to me explained clearly the repayments terms and conditions overall very satisfied

The showroom was clean, warm & well layed out. We were offered a cup of tea while considering our purchase. Your sales person was friendly, polite and knowledgable; he did not try to pressurize us in to making a purchase, but answered our questions with knowledge and tact. The transaction was completed efficiently and the whole experience was very satisfactory.

The staff were understanding and worked after opening hours to help us out.

Because David took most of his time showing all the things that l was asking for,he offered me a drink meaning that he was not rushing he wanted to spend time with me helping me to choose the right thing which was good for my money. David Who helped us decide the correct bed for our home. he explained all the types and variety available and made it comfortable to decide our needs.

I was served by David who I found to be very knowledgeable about the products, very professional and engaging. He seemed to know what I needed after a short conversation. The other staff we also very friendly, courteous and professional. It was refreshing to receive such great attention and service as well as a great product.
