The customer service was fantastic, we were served by Jay and she was very very helpful and got us as amazing deal that fitted our financial circumstances, she made us feel very comfortable, made me a coffee and assisted me in trying out lots of beds to help my damaged spine to get comfiest bed i could.

I WENT TO MY LOCAL DREAMS STORE ON A WHIM. AS I STARTED LOOKING AROUND A MEMBER OF STAFF APPROACHED AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP, TO WHICH I DECLINED AT THE TIME. AFTER LOOKING AROUND FOR ABOUT 10 - 15 MINUTES I APPROACHED A STAFF MEMBER, WHO INTRODUCED HERSELF AS, JAY. I TOLD JAY WHAT TYPE OF MATRESS I WAS LOOKING FOR AND ALSO ASKED HER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE MATRWSSES THAT WERE IN THE CLEARANCE SECTION. JAY EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NEW PURCHASE AND THE CLEARANCE. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH ALL THE SELECTIONS THAT SHE SHOWED ME. I ENDED UP PUURCHASING A MATRESS FROM THE TEMPUR RANGE. JAY WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM START TO FINSH OF MY PURCHASE, AND ALSO SUGGESTED NOT TO HESITSTE TO CONTACT THE STORE AT ANY TIME IF I MAY HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY PURCHASE.

I went to the store to check on discounted item and I met a very friendly staff ready to help. David was knowledgeable and quickly understood my needs and the best formula to complete my purchase. The transaction was swift and without problem. Every step of the way he explained the necessary process. Good customer care. It was a brilliant experience.

The assistant had a excellent knowledge of the product, he explained things and spent time with us. He allowed us time to test the product and offered us complimentary drinks. A very genuine person (Tariq)

Jay was a fantastic help to me and my family when we were looking for a decent rice and quality of mattresses. She is a definite asset to the Dreams team, definitely made us feel welcome, was friendly and family like. Really felt at ease with her! Jay knew substantive knowledge on the mattresses that were available, spent time with explaining the products that were on shop floor and placed a swift order. Definitely highly satisfied with Jay, Dreams should be glad to have her in the One Stop branch! Don't let her go, give her a reward!!!! Other colleagues on shop floor were great too!
