Advisor Joey Singh was very good

The Sales person, Joey Singh, was very helpful. Made us comfortable. One of his colleagues offered us drinks. The Easter egg hunt helped keep little ones occupied.

The assistant joey was extremely helpful and courteous, very friendly service.

The workers were very friendly and patient in accommodating to our needs and making sure we got the best quality and price with very helpful advice and suggestions. We were also offered drinks to make our visit more comfortable- very happy

Mr Tariq Chughtai was very professional and customer service friendly and yes I would do my next shopping at dreams Perry bar again. He's a asset to the organisation

There was plenty of choice and Tariq had excellent customer service skills, he was nt pushy and allowed time for us to think & discuss.

Tariq took time to discuss my needs and was very helpful. Only issue was that there was no sample of the brass finials so I couldn't tell the quality.

The man that helped us choose the right bed was very friendly and patient even though we were asking millions of questions, also he knew everything and gave us a lot of information

Once I placed the order I had to make changes, the sales assistant Tariq was very patient and made the changes for me on two occasions both times reassuring me that he was happy to help.

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store but then left alone until we were ready to ask a question. Our children were entertained while we could look without worrying about them. The colours and styles we wanted were all available so making the purchase was easy. Our server was very friendly and put us at ease.
