I was undecided about what mattress to go for, thanks to Jay and Manager Lynn who gave excellent product knowledge & advice. I checked reviews online on emotion, great choice :) My visit was pleasant, l was offered a choice of drinks and tried different pillows...thank you for having the patience & making my visit pleasant and relaxing xx

Joey Singh offered me a drink as i walked in. He shook my hand as if he knew me which was very friendly and he knew exactly what i was looking for.

Walk into Dreams store to be greeted by David whom did a above and be on excellent job on assisting me on purchasing Delamere K, King size mattress in Store along with two pocket plus pocket spring pillows, his knowledge on the products is up there, before we completed the sale I did try out the mattress and pillows in store absolutely utterly perfect fit.

Very friendly and informative helped make me feel welcomed and valued our ideas assured in all the questions I had and answered them correctly did a life demo on the bed that we decided and it was amazing.
