Dreams - Perry Barr

I have bought a bed from Dreams before and so came back when I needed a guest bed. The employee who dealt with me was very friendly, and knew exactly how to help me. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the 5 week wait until my bed could be delivered to me!

Joey was very freindly highly imformative very kind made us tea and we will come back again

Our assistant was wonderful (GS55 - Gursharn Singh) and he was polite, kind and very considerate to our needs.

Jay was very helpful in advising me about the products I was interested in, responding to queries that I had and informing me about payment options. I was very happy with the service that I received.

i was welcomed into the store with a smile and looked around with ease. My assistant Jay was very helpful and valued my concerns to find the right bed to fit up my stairs and have the storage i neede. She found my perfect matteress after explaing i get very hot at night and it was reduced , which made my day with a cup of tea while my order was taken and the children given a balloon and free delivery. i was delighted and happy i picked Dreams for my perfect bed Thank you

David was very helpful and informative during our visit, not too pushy and understood our needs

Stacey the assistant was very friendly and accomodating. She even gave me a decent pillow to lie on whilst trying out the beds.

I was highly satisfied with the service and assistance provided by Joey Singh. He listened to my needs and helped accordingly to choose the best fit for myself. Otherwise I think the store is neat as well with products of good quality.
