I had a really good experience on my visit at the store in One Stop Birmingham, I was served by Tariq, who offered me tea, and as very helpful with my shopping needs, answered all the questions I had with satisfactory. I got a product I really like, I paid a deposit for it and will pay the rest of the money before the delivery date of my product. I am very pleased with everything and would recommend the shop to my friends and family.

Joey the sales representative was extremely friendly, highly helpful. Totally put my uncle of 92 at ease with buying one of the machanical beds, showing him how to use the remote to higher his head and feet, and in getting the right pillow for him. He worked out all the costs, explaining the delivery, the removal of the old bed, and the men who will help fit it into his bungalow. And even offered us coffee a couple of times. Extremely helpful, and so I will go back to buy my next bed soon.
