Taric the store assistant was very helpful, He helped us find our perfect bed and pillows, We are very happy with our purchase, The bed is amazing

David was friendly none judgemental of my budget, hr let me look around in my own time have me space, he was honest and supportive to my budget needs. Offered me water and his colleagues were supportive to us both. Store was nicely presented. I was able to use the bathroom too.

The shop assistants were very friendly and helpful information was given. I was asked if I would like drinks while I was looking around.

The manager of the store at perry barr one stop was excellent, he was knowledgeable and did not push us into buying, even tho we spent £1400 with you. He was a credit to Dreams

Upon entering the store i was treated with manners and respect. The advisor was knowledgeable about all products and was patient and courteous throughout my visit.

We were approached by Joey on entering the store who was very friendly and asked my son if he had a budget and what he was expecting to buy within his budget, once this was sorted we were pretty quick in making our decision on the mattress my son preferred. We where then taken to the counter to place our order and were served by Jay who explained everything we needed to be told, we also told Jay we were not quite sure on a delivery date as my son is waiting for his keys to his flat so she said we would call and bring the delivery date forward if necessary.

The gentleman called Tarik was extremely friendly, kind and very patient.He even bought me a bottle of water 😊 I wasn't sure which bed to choose but Tarik helped me to make the right choice with the bed I fell in love with. I laid on the memory foam mattress and almost fell asleep 😀A massive thank you to Tarik , can't wait for my bed to arrive! Sweet Dreams!!!😴

Assistant introduced himself politely immediately and left us to browse,when we needed advice he answered all of our questions which helped with our final decision.

Ease of parking no waiting for a colleague and a vast selection of beds to choose from, in fact I was spoilt for choice, the young man was very helpful (I am 86)and soon was able to offer me the right bed thank you Mrs J Dutton

I was highly satisfied as after about the 5th visit to your store I was helped by a very knowledgable person and I actually got a lovely bed
