I was greeted warmly as soon as I arrived at the store. The member of staff took time to listen to what I wanted and then showed me excellent options, at sale prices which was even better. Item was located and was able to take away same day. Very impressed. Thank you.

the moment we walked in we were asked if we needed help.The gentle man Joey who showed us the beds offered us a coffee or tea let us make our own decisions about what we wanted after he had given us all the relevant information.We found the staff very friendly, the paper work and payment was a quick hassle free process.

Right from the first point of contact, the sales consultant David made the sometimes daunting experience of new bed purchasing swift and painless. Having expert product knowledge and a very professional attitude he soon guided me to my exact requirement.

Joey was lovely at the one stop store.. very helpful but not overbearing when we was deciding what we wanted.. He showed us what he thought was the best options for what we was looking for then gave us time to look on our own. Very friendly also.. felt like he really cared and wanted to help.
