Joey who was the shop assistant was very friendly, polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable which made the whole shopping experience much easier

David was very polite and helpful he was in no way pushy what so ever but went out of his way to find us the mattress which suited our needs and also while completing the paperwork he also arranged a lovely cup of coffee very nice guy

We knew what we were looking for and were shown a few beds, selected one and bought it.

jay (960) approached myself and my son while we were looking at some beds, she was extremely pleasant and friendly. we were looking for a mattress, after trying a couple out that jay had advised us on we not only purchased one but a bed to go with it as well, jay was lovely and very patient, she talked through all the terms and conditions, also her work colleague lyn was very helpful and pleasant too making us comfortable with drinks
