firstly was approached by staff ie Stacey who made sure we felt at welcome and chatting with us about our needs and was very good with her knowledge of beds etc which we tried out for comfort very pleased over all with staff most of all with a cup of tea much needed at that time thank you stacey

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable.he told us about the temper mattress which we decided to select to go with the bed frame which we saw on display and really liked.the salesman was not too pushy which i liked. Thankyou.

When entering the store a lady who worked there helped me straight away even though she just come back into the store herself as she was on a break

Good customer service quick process

When I walked into the shop |David was at hand to help me right the way through and I came away with a great bed when I only wanted a mattress. He is a great salesman, very funny too. Even the rest of the team became involved in the conversation which was very welcoming.

My husband and I ordered a new mattress for our parents from the Perry Barr Birmingham store (David the assistance from Dreams) was very helpful and very informative. The process was quick and easy. The mattress is being delivered on Wednesday and we very excited for our parents to receive it! Thank you David!

The assistant Joey was amazing he was attentive, built great rapport and myself and husband were highly satisfied, he is a credit to the store.

Good service

Was looking to replace a mattress. Went into the store and was shown several at various prices and qualities. Went for a much more expensive one than I would have chosen as it was heavily discounted. Not been delivered yet so I can't comment on how comfortable it will prove to be. I'll just have to sleep on it!
